To support fast and reliable logistics, we operate warehouses in Liège, Belgium, and Florida, USA. With ready products in stock in Florida, we provide nationwide delivery across all 50 U.S. states, helping customers reduce lead times and receive modular office solutions without delay.
FACTORY
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with fully integrated production systems and has a monthly production capacity of up to 300 container and modular units. The factory is designed to support high-volume, consistent manufacturing while maintaining strict quality control standards throughout every stage of production.
We are capable of producing modular units in different sizes, layouts, and technical specifications, allowing us to respond flexibly to varying project requirements. Our production lines support structural steel fabrication, panel assembly, insulation systems, electrical integration, and finishing processes within a single facility.
By operating with fully equipped, end-to-end manufacturing systems, we maintain complete control over design accuracy, material quality, and production timelines.
